As long as you haven't signed anything. I would part ways. If you signed anything I would call my attorney first.
Hang in there and learn from your mistake/s. Everybody has their price. I know what mine is, but thank God it has never been offered. Not sure I am strong enough to refuse it.
When someone sells their integrity that cheap they will sell anything cheap.

I had my brother as my partner when we started scrapping and all was going smoothly for a while. The only thing I asked was for him to get on here and read and learn like I did. He liked the money aspect but never learned about different metals or put any time into networking or trying to find sources of scrap. It was at the point where in addition to the labor I was also making the contacts, placing the cl ads, watching and bidding on auctions and still splitting profits down the middle. As things progressed and I started exploring the refining aspect of ewaste he was still not committed to learning. So long story short is we ended the partnership on good terms before there were any problems that would affect out family relationship.
A true partner has to be someone that is willing to do equal work for equal pay or someone that can contribute an aspect that the other may not be strong in.

You can equate partnerships to teams in many respects. Take hockey for instance...You can't have 20 goal scorers, you need someone willing to go in the corners and dig the puck out, you need the unselfish player that just want the point on the board, you need the player that can finish the play, when things go south you need your back-checkers to get things back on track and you need that guy to keep the puck out of your net.

Coach figures out who is who and the roles they play...may not always make as much as the stars but has control, final say and knows how to keep the players focused.
