Thanks for the video, Larry. Always good to see a good sized operation at work.

I have a question. At your hard drive bench, where is your bin for hard drive magnets? LOL. Had to ask that.

I really like your disassembling bench. If I was going to make one, what do you think about making a shoot underneath the mesh that would funnel all of the bits into a container? It might have to be a considerable grade so things don't get stuck...

We did attempt it,,, the problem is... if you drop a bit... or a drill bit or what ever you drop thru the mesh.. guess what Your're gonna be going under that bench quite offten.. as We found out.. so We decided not to do that anymore and just fish the bit out from the top thru the mesh..

I hope that answer your question.

Give me a pm and I'll answer any quesiton that you may have.
We're always making tweaks to our bench.

I've to say this is on the best bench I builted. Its easy to clean out.. and the wire mesh has taken such a beating.. it still perfect.

    Look forward to helping You.

Did You git one figured out.. Was thinking but again.. if You drop a bit or sumthing it gonna be a pain to get it out.. but may work..

Build your bench flat... like I did.. put a access panel from the side to the other side but build a frame box on the bottom side of the table.. and then make yourself a tounge and groove slot in that box frame you builted. then what You can do.. is you would need a broom that would be so wide that will be able to fit in between the two by fours and push your screws and such into the drop box and then pull the board out of the tounge n groove for the screws to fall into a bin the width of the table. but before you put your mesh on top.. put several two by fours at the dead end of the able.. drill holes into them that would allow a push broom stick to be scrwed into.. and again when ready to you can slide your broom handle in.. turn it in.. and then pull the screws toward the drop down area for the opening on the bottom of the table.. think that would work better Might have to do that.. next time I do a clean out.
