some people. (shaking my head)

so a couple nights ago my mom informed me of free scrap in a town near us, I quickly go online and sen him an email. the next day I notice another post for scrap this time it says "looking for a quick sale" also in that town near us. there are pictures and there is a lot of scrap, the second ad had a number so I called and told the guy I will be there in about half an hour. I also said I would make an offer on the scrap. well I show up and give the guy a call to let him know I'm there. he says he'll be there in 20 mins well half an hour later he shows up pulling a trailer with another guy. I fallow him and he starts showing me scrap and saying stuff and I begin to realize he expects me to load his trailer for him to take to the yard. I'm thinking is this guy serious? so we guy and look at this other thing that needs to be cut, this is what he had online for free by the way. and he starts going on about this and that and I'm still dumbstruck because I can't get my head around what he's trying to do. well I think money is money so offer to haul stuff with my trailer but I wasn't sure how much. called him and left a voicemail explaining I want 50% of the ticket since he isn't doing anywork. I get a call this morning and he asked what I said in the voicemail (obviously didn't listen to it) so I said basically I need 50% of the ticket for hauling everything. he says "well I ain't giving you 50% of my scrap" he then says he is taking stuff down and I can have 50% of some stuff IF I load it ( because I have a bigger trailer then him) and I can come help take stuff down. I asked how much would you give me he says "well what do you want" I asked something else and he just goes " you know what I don't want to deal with you man" and hangs up. well if an 18 year old acted more professional then me when I'm 40 something, I probably wouldn't want to get showed up by them either.

People r ridiculous. Be a cold day in hell before I load someone else's trailer.

I don't get it. This guy makes no sense.

Oh and I forgot to mention how he said that I didnt want to work. I never got to ask him what was up with the ads, glad I didn't get roped into it though. He said when I was loaded he was going to ride in my truck to the yard! Yeah right, he wants to do no work and get all the money, well he's doing it without me

That's another pet peeve of mine. I call, leave a message for someone, then they call back and say "I noticed you called?" Yeah, did you also notice the message I left? Of course not, why would you want to do that. So, let me repeat myself for you.

Exactly I hate that too. I mean don't get me wrong I love repeating myself. Haha

big thing up here is people list a lot of free stuff then they say you ca have them .but when you show up they want a donation to there church lol
