    85 chevy box van

so I was contacted about scrapping a 1985 chevy c30 box van. I have a couple questions first would this be something worth saving to use for scrap? also what weight would you est. it to be. the box is fiberglass and I didn't measure it yet. also the van is a dually with a 350 motor. it does need a little work but nothing I can't do myself. I was told this was an old ryder rental truck but I didn't get the miles either. man I missed a few things haha. I was told it had high miles though, overall it was in a lot better shape then I expected and feel that it could be put back in use. on the other hand I believe I can make a decent profit just from scrapping it but I would hate to scrap good parts. my thoughts if I keep it is to make it a flat bed or stake body since it's a 1 ton dually and can haul more then my truck.

I would use it , But it should make you more money , If it brings up your income thats a winner.
& best of all you can scrap it when it's really done.
