Apples

I've scrapped out alot of apples in my days.. they are indeed a pain in the arse.. but one thing I do noticed quite particular with them and that is, They have lots of Alum. in them.

but another thing that caught my eyes... is the boards.. very heavy for such a small board after removing all the metal / alum /battery and ram. are they consider highergrade

then your normal boards or the same pile of heap. another thing I noticed about these apples.. on some of the models is the picture tube board, they are green indeed. but they



also have alot of alum / and again the board is green but I can snap them in half. but there are quite bit more circuits on these boards, and I'm sayhing to myself.. perhaps knock off the throwback / copper / alum and what is left is green board. .any take on this folks.?

I'd be interested in hearing from buyers about them. I tore down over 100 Apples and am stockpiling everything till I've got a better idea.
