    Thank you!! What a day!

A big thank you to everyone who has posted on the forum! I've learned so much from you in so little time!! Without your willingness to share on the forum, folks like me wouldn't have learned as quickly!

I'll post some pics tomorrow of what I've picked up just in the last 2 or 3 days. Let's just say that one bay of the two car garage is almost full of e-waste waiting to be broken down. Today alone I received 105 desktops, 6 laptops, an additional 77lbs of power supplies, 22 lbs of fingerboards, 46+pounds of motherboards 2 lbs of ram, 3 e86/486 chips, 3 pentium ceramic chips, 3 amd ceramic chips, and 1 pentium pro chip. Oh, and two servers and one other thing that I really can't identify.(I'll post some pics tomorrow.) All of these individual items were in addition to and not take out of the 105 computers, or laptops, or servers.

Yes, I pay for most of my stuff, but this was an awesome day! Best of all...it was delivered to my house! I didn't even have to pick it up.

Now to get it all broken down so I can cash it in and make my wife a little happier....with the cash and a clean garage!

    Ken

    Yes, thank you!

I already have a big box of better than scrap value stuff from this load including most of the ram (there were even a few 1 and 2GB DDR2 ram sticks in that pile). I know that there will be some good hard drives in there. I'm going to try and fire up every computer on this bunch as the guy I got them from said that many would fire up. This could be a very nice score.

The "clean" garage/shed/basement/back yard/ dream of the novice. I still hang on to that dream but it seems to be out of my grasp and its been a couple years. Mike.
