    Not sure what there is to get worked up about here. A contract was in place with an end date. One of the parties did not want to make a new deal.

    The landlord gave a reason, and did not have to. Try to just take it as constructive criticism and make sure your next landlord knows what they will be dealing with in there future tenant.

    (Yeah, I am a landlord.)



    As far as getting the boot for doing what I do - no, but I am making a run to the scrap yard today with a smaller load than I would like just to keep from having a pile of scrap in the yard for the neighbors to look at. Also for one of my other gigs I would love to weld and work with metals for days on end out of my garage, but only do it sporadically and try and time it on rainy days to not PO the neighbors. I could probably use a shop at this point, hope the landlords don't mind some scrap laying around.
