    burly have you thought about purchasing some land to work on. small plot of land and a small workshop would be a good long term investment. you could someday be the landlord

    The neighbors all know If you don't like my scrap look the other way. If i'm to loud (night time only) give me a call. I'll be ****ed if i can't do what I want on MY property.

    Would that I had the money/credit to plunk down for my own piece of property!
