what would you rather pick up television or vacuum cleaner?

Okay I have scrapped a few tv's can break them down pretty quick and get a nice amount of copper #2 from them. And I disassemble them not breaking the tubes, then reassemble (to a degree) the cabinets and take them to local recycling center.. Now I have picked up a few vacuums to break down tomorrow, I think there are six out there.. common plastic vacuums not steal kirbys just cheap plastic.. Now my question is which do you find easier to break down and which gives you the most money for your time..

Also found first dishwasher was excited until i thought about all that plastic...

Out of the two I would pick the vacuum's. With the vacuums, all you really need is a concrete surface, a hatchet, and some muscle to throw the part with the motor on the ground. All you would have to do is cut the cord, then take the hatchet and break off the part that does not have a motor, then take the part with the motor and smash it on the ground. Grab your wire and motor and your done. With the TV, you have to lift heavy glass everywhere and reassemble them back together. Much more labor intensive in my opinion and it takes longer.

Another plus on the vacuums would be some resellable parts such as dust bins, attachments, etc.

For me its vaccum cleaners because I can clip the cord and sell the rest as an electric motor without having to smash it apart . That's why I love my yard so much. Tvs are a pain , with the glass. I love dishwashers to alot of resellable stuff ontop of scrap. And my yard takes the plastic shelled ones no problem.
