    Driving the prius to Curbco..

    Tonight I jokingly asked the wife if I could take her prius around town for the weekly pickup,(looking for ewaste), the answer was not encouraging but I'll keep trying... Just trying to improve the bottom line..

    I figured it is the worlds best hauler for small recyclables It shuts off whenever you stop, automatically! AND gets 50 mpg!

    Wait until you go to the yard in one, I got some pretty funny looks from the guys the one time I did that. They also tried to rip me off as well. Lol

    I wish I had been there to see the look an reaction you got from the wife Iron. LOL.

    An if you do take it to the yard...please video tape the guys reaction as you pull in with it loaded.

    My wife "puts up" with me using her vehicle for scrapping. Every once in a while though there ends up being some big old cock roach in her car from some load that I picked up and she shuts that down for a little while.

    One of the problems we have to put up with and a reason that the back of a pick up truck is better for stuff picked up from the curb or who knows where.
