Not necessarily. There will be a board established to determine care/treatment available. I'd really encourage older people to get hip, knee and back surgeries done as soon as possible. zackly, I have medicade, medicare and VA, all three have cut back services and payment. none are freebies I paid for all three. I just got a bill from the last operation with a whole list of meds they no longer pay for.
when they took the money out of my pay for 50 years they promised to take care of me medically. and SSA try to raise a family of 5 on 756 a month. and the VA well, they promised a lot which I paid for with a bullet in the leg, one through my lg intestine, havent had a good bathroom experience since. I cried like a baby the day my 7 year old daughter asked me about the scars on my arms and body and told me she didn't like them they scared her.
