do I have to strip the wires?

After you strip wires from Tv's do you have to take the tape off? And for the colored cords do you have to strip all of the wire out of them??

If your talking about the degaussing cable then yes, strip the tape off and you'll get clean price compared to insulated. Check to make sure it's copper and not alum. Don't forget the "silver" wire down around the tube, it's tinned copper also.
