Another example of what your time and investment is worth versus the return you get. Scrapping of you know for sure you will get xx.xx. Selling it on craigslist may get you more but it should look nice everything works. Like was mentioned bulb is cheap and in most models fairly easy to replace. Have picked up some clean on the inside microwaves but take off the cover and some nasty looking stuff hiding. Me I strip and sell usable parts and scrap the rest. But that's what works for me.
How much do you think it's worth in parts for resale? I was thinking the glass tray inside, the roller under the glass, magnatron, invertor would be thrown on
Ebay in a BIN and just keep it up until it sells. The rest scrap it.
