Selling gold scrap or not

Have at least 150-200lbs motherboards ranging from green p4 to telecom high grade
along with about 20lbs ram
maybe 6 pounds high grade gold cap cpus
15 p4 green fiber amd
15 hard drive boards and other misc computer
I believe at todays prices I have at least 1,000 or so
I am afraid prices will keep dropping and really don't know if I should hold on to the scrap as investment or sell ?
Any tips from you guys ?? should I sell or hold on to it and see what happens my fear is what if it drops

Prices could drop further, so you may want to consider selling. Although prices could go up, so you may want to think about holding onto your stock. Predicting the market can be slippery business. Your decision to sell or hold should be based on your own needs and abilities. My only advice to anyone pondering this sell/hold issue would be; make a decision based on what's best for you but don't let either fear or greed be your guide. I know this really doesn't help much, but my .02.

Gold went up $50 a over a week ago and has been steady. Im waiting for ewaste prices to reflect this small rise and then im selling all my boards. I keep the smaller more gold bearing items such as cpus, pins, and plated items. They dont take up space and i am just more willing to gamble with that material i guess.

The trend lately seems to be when gold drops $50 or so then mobo prices drop $.10/#. So im hoping since gold went up $50 then prices will increase & that would more than cover my shipping expense. It is risky to wait if you paid for your ewaste like me. Thats part of the excitment.

If you're indecisive, I agree with MER. Sell the bulk, and sit on the higher value stuff. You may have to hold onto it for a long time, you may not. How high is high enough? How low is too low?

Flip amd take the cash to dpuble your.money again anf again by getting more stuff to sell....chasing the market is difficult at best...I quit dping it and just get it and flip it. I can usually double my money way quivker than someone waiting on the market.

Granted the high end stuff fits in a shoebox...you can play with that if you like ig vash flow is not an issue.

thanks guys for your answers , I might as well do that got about 20 other towers all mostly dells with copper heatsinks and p4 cpu. Snow storm this whole week , scrap is pretty slow might take the time to sort pack and **** all this ewaste . Get some cash rolling
