Got a call from my buddy, he says hey, this dude has a old trailer from a pop up camper that you can have. So I loaded my saw-zaw up, and cords, and straps and headed out. We got there and I looked at it, and was like dang this will take a while lol. So me and my other buddy loaded it on top of the bed of my truck, strapped it down and took it back home, and got the grinders out. So I cut that up, then went out looking, I seen a dryer sitting in a yard, so I stopped, asked if they was getting rid of it, lady said no... BUT , when she came out side her whole boob was flopped out lol. Guess she was expecting some one that wasn't me! So I left there, and I see a big commercial dumpster with metal flowing over the top, and I stop and talk to the home owner, and he tells me take any piece of metal you find. I was in this dumpster for 2 hours . In it I found a tanning bed. Which was broke down all ready. Which had about 5 pounds of insulated wires , over a 100 pounds of ballasts, and probably at least 100 pounds of aluminum. Also got a cast iron bath tub, a cast iron sink, 3 aluminum car wheels, about 30 golf clubs, a trampoline frame, 5-10 pounds of random wires , 8 box fans, front clip off of a car, 3 cast aluminum lamps, brass curtain rods, a 100-150 pound skateboarding grind rail. And 6 folding steel chairs. The things that some people load into a dumpster amaze me. The home owner even said that her son scraps metal, but didn't feel like taking the stuff out to take back in. Ohh, and the guy I got the trailer from said he has a rental property with a 2 car garage full of car parts, and appliances. That when he gets time that I can come get them.
