Picked up another Mobie home scrap out

Picked up another mobile home scrap out, but this time it has already burned to the ground and only the metals are left. Anything I need to do to get the most bang for the buck at the yard with crap that is scorched?

If it's copper wire & not aluminum make sure you document that it did, in fact, come from a burnt out structure & you didn't burn off the insulation.

Far as I know though trailers are built cheap as possible, so likely Al wiring.

Depends on how old the mobile home was. Anything after the late 70 early 80 is copper. It is illeagel to use alum wire in a trailor that is built after that time. If the alum siding is really bad burnt or melted the yard will prob give unclean price. If u see some blobs of melted alum laying around go on and pick them up too. Don't matter if they are covered in ash or have metal in them. Most yards will pay irony price for that which is usually about double shread price. A fifty pound feed sack can hold up to 70-80 lbs of melted alum blobs. It helps out
