    How I look at it is, when you start out with scrap it is kinda fun, exciting, looks to be "money for nothing". No boss, no rules. The new person is on the learning curve. Just remember the first few times you went to a scrap yard. What could you have done different to get paid more? Same thing here, if you are new, first few posts should not count against you, as you are again on a learning curve. After all we do have a section called "scrap metal questions and answers". Lots of great information has been shared here in order to make this the place the way it has turned out to be. Lets all continue to share our knowledge about scrap.
