    Your backyard.

I know there are some people who use there backyard for your scrap piles. I'll come home sometimes with something small and just toss it over the fence. If I hear a loud bang noise. I know I got it in the pile. Or close enough. I do not get to scrap as much as id like to. So it takes me a while to get my pile up. I still have to break all of this stuff down. But the way I see it. It is money I cannot spend. Sorta like a rainy day fund. Well here is a picture of mine. What does yours look like?

Here's mine. I'm having to park in the yard for now. I'm hoping to get this or most of it processed this weekend.

This is a scene today that I would like to call "WHERE THE !@$%#@ @#$@# %$#@#$ IS MY !@$@#$ @#$%^^% @#$@ @#$@# FAVORITE DRILL?!?!"

This area was so nice and organized and cleared this morning There was actually a trailer parked there.

My soon-to-be wife is very appreciative that I have moved out of our backyard and garage (mostly). It looked worse than this almost every day when I was working at home.

Those pictures are beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the one with the beige (beige=old, dontchya know) desktops in the driveway. Time for a cold shower.

It may not look neat, but its a money pile. Yea, i'd get some tarps to cover them up with. Harbor freight has a free no purchase necessary coupon for some blue tarps, i have about 30 new tarps already! Coupon Display

I hide mine, in the shed, under the carport, garage.

Found a nice big brown tarp new in the package while out picking too. Pretty stealth looking.

I guess I take the find it all to the bitter end .
I find tarps and they tend to be blue. Any way I have tires on them and all sorts of things as a deterrent to make it hard to get under the tarps to help stop theft .

I need intervention , close to what you see on TV , but it's MONEY,
not a bunch of peed on hats , wet paper or soggy clothes you see with a hoarder.

    Ryan...I'm digging the totes!

I use my carport(one side, other is for the van), my downstairs shop, an soon warehouse space once I find some I like.

Oh I also use my back deck, but I hate carrying things upstairs just to drag them back down. An everything is upstairs cept the shop an carport! I live on stilts dontchaknow.

My backyard is for the dogs to run an act like fools, I'd never forgive myself I left something there for them to step on or eat.

Sirscrapalot - You got trees in your backyard, I got ocean an sand.

Sirscrapalot - Oh yeah! I love these things. Some warehouse downtown was trying to get rid of a bunch for cheap, so I got around 20-25 for $20 each! If you ever see any around, get them.

The best part, they're on wheels! I put non ferrous, and boards in them. Then, when I'm ready to go to the yard, shoot them up a ramp into my trailer. I had 600lbs of transformers in one once. The wheels made it...barely.

I don't know what I would do if I had stairs...everything would stay outside I guess.

This was just a small part of the yard beside my scrapping garage, one pickup load.

I wouldnt mind cover for me. Like with the tarps. But i have the fence and garage which I guess hides the stuff well enough. People are gonna see me pulling up with it. Or see me loading a load up. So I am not worried about all that. I know of 2 other people around here who scrap. By around here. I mean within a half a block of me. I have seen evidence of it. I need to ask what they do with computers.
