Ok so I didn't completely take today off. I almost never do this, but saw a free dryer on craigslist a few blocks away. So i went and grabbed it and drove down the alley on the way back. Added a vacuum, three cable boxes, metal shelving, some clean 5 gal pails, a bike and some small stuff. The boss says it stays in the truck

Ol one arm here tore down some telecom stuff, voip, digital microwave transmitters (early cellular, yep). Anyways, I weighed out about 35 pounds of telecom grade boards, probably going to mudlucky if he makes a good offer.

Well, taking the weekend off from scrapping but I did yard work(first one of the year) at my Mom's house this weekend.

My Dad and I usually do the yardwork but he died 2 months ago so I had to go it alone.

I tell you it was hard to do it without him being around.

    Anyways,

Mowed the complete lawn, raked up the pine cones before mowing, tried to start the riding mower but of course the battery was dead.(1 hour behind the push mower-yay).

Weed whacked the entire place with my awesome Echo gas trimmer.

    Burned some garbage.

Was going to paint the front and back porch but there is a lot of pollen flying around right now so I want to wait till it rains a couple days.

Oh yeah stepped on a rake and whacked myself in the nards to boot.

So all in all got a lot done and the weather has been fair-in the high 50's this week.
