Spring Scrap Load *Photos*

I finally was able to reach my clients to get some scrap metal. Had to borrow a buddy's truck since mine was still going through the paper work. Scored a canopy with a missing canopy.. meaning nothing but steel, awning pieces that were heavy, and a washer. On the way someone was throwing away some arch thing made of metal, so i grabbed that too. Cashed in $42.86 for everything which weighed in at 400 lbs steel light.

Thought i'd show you guys the scrap pile that we have to throw our stuff at. I almost cried when i saw about 15 lawnmowers sitting there. Maybe ill go back and buy em off the scrap place.

Started to rain soon after, other than what a great day!

Yesterday i stopped to check out the Youngstown, OH flea market to see if i could find any bargains. Not alot of cast metal at a cheap price, but i scored 3 lawnmowers for $60. Got 2/3 running.. hopefully i can get the commercial lawn boy running! Thought you guys would enjoy checking out the mowers. Might scrap the one, not sure though.

Update: sold all 3 mowers for $500 about an hour ago.. $420 profit!!

That is retarded profit. Does the person who bought them realize that they could have bought new ones for a little more? I mean you can buy a new mower for 200$ w/ 1 yr. warranty.

Good for you, that would not fly up here. And those 2 stroke lawnmowers are a giant PAIN.

but they scream ! If you have to someone why they want a 2 stroke, your just not getting it. Dam the EPA and ca for all but killing the stroke and the awesome blue smoke they puffed.

You asked the right person for fixing a pull starter! I made a youtube video on how to fix one. I also have multiple spares lying around so one might fit that! My video teaches you how to dismantle and put back together a pull starter.

Looks to be a gear driven on the rear axle, might have a control built into the handle. Don't know if that's stopping it or not, grab the blade (with gloves on) and give it a jerk and see if the engine will move. Pulling the blade has more power to move the motor than the pull starter.
