Basically the right to defend your home, or so as I understand it. Stand your ground if I remember right is..you don't need to be at home to have it be justified, just feel threatened. That's my short an dirty take on it, I know it's more complicated then all that(or not?) but I'm a scrapper not a lawyer. ;)
