These morons can't seem to understand that buying scrap metal is not a crime, nor is selling scrap.

Kind of a touchy subject in cities like Detroit and even here in the boonies. If a house is left empty here its is stripped in 2 weeks or less. What is going to happen eventually is like with every thing else only the big boys who pay off the politicians with bribes (Legal campaign funds) will be able to do business. Unintended (maybe) consequences of new laws and or regulation
We need to go back to where it is legal to shoot looters. Just my .02.
