Someones is in trouble

We called for a roll off on Friday for some long iron we were told to make go away. The box shows up Saturday ok no big deal
i get a call from the driver Monday it it ready he said I must pick the box up Wednesday morning empty or loaded he HAS to get the box. and don't put as much in as we did last time
We bust our butts getting it loaded i call the yard at 8am tell them its ready 5 hrs later its still there.
I call the yard boss and asked whats the hold up your driver said they needed it at 8am. OOPS yard boss did not know the driver had had said any thing about the needing the box back so quick and did not sound too happy about him calling and telling me this. Yard boss said i bet this don't happen again. i think some one may get a chewing.
