    Picking up my first dryer tomorrow. An old gas dryer. Happens to be my first decent call from craiglist ads too! This will be a cherry-popping good time! lol

    Cool! And yes, I would be tearing them apart as well. That has to be a pretty heavy duty motor in a dryer. I have not seperated a washer or dryer yet, but I have torn into enough of them to fix. If you see one with a stainless drum, go nuts on it. The rest of it would be high quality stuff as well.

    Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. I gotta pick it up tomorrow, but may not get to breaking it down until wed, with Valentine's Day and work. We'll see. I'll start a new thread when I do, let everyone know how it goes.
