has anyone had any experience with the refining company llc. i was wondering and not to promote but their prices I got quoted sounded good and they will pick up as well not free for most but over 10,000lbs yes on the material but of course I do not want to send a gold mine to them like others that have had such bad times on here. so was just wondering if anyone had and thanks

What kinda prices are they offering? When I think of a refining company I think of a % of the payout of the valuable items...

    Our Website
Our website is like our storefront – it gives you a window into how we work. We strive to continually improve the site with content to help you maximize your yields. We offer advice on how to find the most valuable scrap and how to ensure your order is profitable. All the pictures you see were taken by us of real material that we processed. We keep the site clean – no animated gifs, no ads, and no links to other dubious partner or affiliate sites. You may have noticed our phone number on other websites (123preciousmetals.com, www.precious-metals-refined.com, all-metals.com and eastcoastrefining.com). Those are old sites that we own with which we are in the process of consolidating.

Google those names. See what is said.

Let me tell you about MY experience with The Refining Company. I did some business with them, and initially liked them. I took a road trip to his shop and met with him in person. He was quite a likeable guy. I left for home feeling confident that I had a solid business contact. When I shipped my next load, He asked me to ship the circuit boards to his new partner in North Carolina, name of Churchill, which I did. After arriving in NC, my load "disappeared!" It seems the partners had a falling out and had split up. The man in NC refused to pay; putting me off initially, then finally refusing to answer my calls, texts or emails. My contact at The Refining Company stated that it wasn't his responsibility.. that he could not pay me. That left me and my approximately $2,000 in circuit boards swinging in the breeze. Between John in NY & Churchill in NC, I got seriously bent over the barrel. No one would help: attorneys, politicians, even the attorney general were not interested in helping a small businessperson. I have bided my time, wondering if I would ever get a chance to level the playing field. Remember these words: NEVER, EVER EVER do business with The Refining Company (John B) or a man in NC named Churchill. You will be sorry. They will not back you up if there is any sort of problem. Ignore this post at your own risk. Spin Has Spoken.

This is the company that I have posted about many times. I checked the BBB complaints on this company and all I read was bad things about how they ownly paid 3.00 for about 300.00 worth of boards. Stey clear of this company and deal with buyers on the forum.

Restating my original post, as a way of thanking The Refining Company, LLC for their ethical business practices.

He actually had the balls to try to link with me on LinkedIn recently.
