Personally I would have taken the hot tub.

Figuring the mower will still be there in 3 months and maybe she'll come down some on the price.

    I'm cheap.

    Both!

You could probably get at least $100 from that Briggs parting it out and most likely more if you get it working, plus the scrap value of the mower itself

Take the Hot tub and then push the dead mower into the spot where you pulled the hot tub! Then it will be in her way and need it gone!

Charge her $100 to disassemble and remove the hot tub then pay her $100 for the mower!!!

    I like Immul's post. It's what I'd do. lol.

"100 bucks for the mower? Deal! Just so you know there is a $125 charge to move the hot tub, disposal fees, not to mention hiring someone else.." This when it pays to have a friend who didn't like your ex who'll help just for annoying her, or will do it for lunch..hence the extra 25!

got the tub for nothing didnt take any help made her and her old man help load it heard her old man say as we loaded it onto the truck using landscape timbers and 3 inch pvc pipe its hot out here i dont suppose to sweat like this. and in about two months she will send for the truck again to get the mower because she will be tired of mowing arround it. now the down side of the hot tub hauled it arround an extra day cause the buddy help to unload didnt show up sunday night. monday night got x stepson over to help, off load went easy even though he had his doughts. but woe be me got her on the ground and pawpaw had his first major injury in all his scraping days went to push tub back into frame and slam bam onto the bird finger of right hand almost took pad off finger 9pm till 2am at er left with 6 stiches
but no added cost to free tub thanks to good insurance from the 9 to 5. scrap on
