    Rent house clean up.

One of my brother's side jobs is doing light remodeling, handyman stuff on quite a few rent houses. They don't have a lot of turnover in tenants, but it happens. Today I got the hook up from the owner to pick up any scrap metal left after someone moves out.

Won't be a huge amount, but hopefully a steady thing. Scored an old electric dryer (and $.47 in the bottom,) vacuum cleaner, two car batteries, steel wheel barrow that is still good, a 35gallon trash can full of cans, a box of sundry cords, a broken lawn mower, some tin, and a water heater from the first house today. Should have another house next week.

The best part is I can stockpile the stuff at my brother's until I have enough to justify bringing the truck to town.
