If someone assumes all tons to be 2000 lb, then they could think they are getting more per lb than they really are. All in all, looks like pretty good prices though, Benny.

Some yards pay by the nt - net ton, and some pay by the gt - gross ton, here in the states.
Your clue is just what Pnut already gave you. Ends up just being a little less in price. Prices might be marked on receipt as NT or GT.
