    Raymond's Excellent Adventure

So... The freight truck arrived at my loading dock to pick 2 gaylords on pallets. I walked into my office to get the bill of lading for him. Quick as a bunny, the driver grabbed my forklift (Raymond) and proceeded to try to load the truck. I came back to find the forklift's front wheels hanging off the loading dock, Raymond balancing between the semi trailer & my dock. spinroch was not pleased. Don't f**k with another man's forklift! After using the pallet jack to remove the load from Raymond's forks, I placed 2 load bars under the front of the forklift and levered the forklift against the edge of the trailer. Raymond wasn't happy, but he managed to get back on the dock. I'm gonna carry a hammer to reward anyone that attempts to use my forklift from now on.

I would assume that you let the freight company know to NOT send that driver again.

We've had two individuals ask to "borrow" our flatbed tow truck. After laughing as if it where a joke, we learn they where both dead serious.

First one couldnt wait an hour for bossman (we have a 4 man shop so Hes usually real busy) to pick up his boat and trailer with a blown tire. He told us "im real handy with that kinda thing"

The second, some woman wanted to borrow it to tow 30 kids around on the deck in a parade... she was planning on driving.

Some people children I tell ya... nobody's just gone and started using it yet, one deadbeat waiting to pick up his impound had to piss though so he pissed right on the front tire... ugh.
If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...

I'm a little surprised the driver even bothered to get out of the truck.
