    Jackpot !!!!!!! - not

lets try this again, tried to post once didnt seem to come thru

Thought I hit the jackpot today with a 7 1/2 HP, 230/460 volt electric motor, got it torn down and started to cut off the end of the windings only to find that they are aluminium. Oh well, the housing is 19 pounds of cast aluminium and irony aluminium was 58 pounds. Paid $10 for it at a yard sale so its not a total lose

    Sadly no.

Now I'm not so happy with my score. Thanks a lot Thomas!

It was a funny moment tho. I saw the cans just chilling in a big trash can(lid was open)so I asked if they'd sell them. lol. I wasn't expecting an answer. The lady's husband was like.."uh..5 bucks?" I laughed. His wife said .10 so I tossed them a quarter.

It's actually a mix of beer tall boys an energy drink ones. Lots of colored tabs to! So..yard will pay me, as will my crafty crafter friends.

Sirscrapalot - Who pee'd in your Cheerio's to make you so grumpy? - Me to random grumpy people.
