    Not sure if this counts, but many years ago, I had an E350 van with a bucket on it that I was working from. I was over heating a little so while I was going from pole to pole working, I kept the hood lifted up a bit to help it cool down for the ride home.

    Yep. I forgot to secure the hood and driving down the road, when I hit about 45 MPH, the hood flew back and shattered the windshield.

    I think I pooped a little when that happened.
