Consider the weight of Power packs , Hard drives , those items cause an average price of $1 per pound more or less .
so the other item must of been paid well on .

You worked hard for that money nice work

I needed someone to pick it up very quickly, and there was only one buyer who could do that and he made a global price.
That's why I asked for the price

Depends on what you had invested in the parts. If you got them for free or a little investment then you did ok. Not great but ok.

From where I am, if I shipped some of your stuff and brought some in locally, I think I would have gotten about $850 for everything. If I would send/deliver it all to any one location while factoring in shipping then $680 would likely be close. I would have broke it down more and gotten more than that, too. If your weights are a little high on your post, or considering your location, I think you likely did fine, but not great.

I got everything for free, so it was not too bad but not too good

If it was your only option then no need to dwell on it...you made out ok and next time allow yourself more time.

how long did it take you to amass the amount you sold? If you had a constant stream you would be doing well.

Everything free and not having to ship sounds like you did pretty good. Shipping costs to get everything to places that pay the highest prices on each item is a constant drain on our profits.

It might be worth it to ship the memory and cpus if you get enough to fill flat rate boxes. Check the buyers on here and figure your shipping costs out to see if it works out for you.

About 4 - 5 months. The stream depends on the periods, like in august i get nearly nothing, but for exampel before christmas I get a lot

Thank you, I like the prices here on the forum, but I am from Europe, so I think the shipping costs are extremly high

I think you did well considering your location is not as strong on ewaste sellers as America. You'd have made more on hard drive and cd drive break downs but for what I saw in the pictures you actually did pretty good man.

To see the buyer, & see them look at your items , & walk away from the deal with cash in hand , I think you did fine .
If I could find a similar buyer in my town I'd be there tomorrow .

The fact that power packs , CD Drives , hard drives played a role in weight . I feel you did well .
It's already been established if WE can manage to sell of Power packs , cd drives at motor prices (like .24 # ) That alone will exceed dismantle value .

Hard drives if you take time to dismantle has to have good value due to non ferris alone.
But no doubt you sold off some nice quality parts and really thats what the buyer wanted . The good stuff .

Next rime why not see what you will be paid for ONLY the good then you will see some honesty or NOT.

I think we all know what it's like to be cash challenged or just need more space. Iam always thankful when I sell. Only time and gas invested its always a profit for me. Now go get you some more stuff and do it again!!!

How hard is it to scrap in Europe?? Are there buyers in Lux or do you have travel to Belgium, France, or Germany to sell stuff?
