I'd imagine it's entirely infrastructure dependent. You'd want coast and industrial access...Germany is most likely the highest prices for scrap in Europe...

You are right, the prices in Germany are by far the highest in Europe ! So I sold to somone there.
In Lux. we have only 1 buyer and he pays .20 / Lb for Mainboards / RAM etc....
The prices in France and Belgium are about 40 to 50% from the prices in Germany.
