I recently picked up a kiln furnace. I've had 2 people tell me the metal inside is worth more money. Since it is magnetic, my yard will only pay sheet price for it. Can any of you help me out?
Thanks.

What was it used for, pottery or metal smelting?
the only metal inside a kiln furnace should be the coiled wire for heating elements. this is an nickel alloy.
first they may have a better resale value.
What do they look like?

Brick inside should be removed taking most of the weight out of it.
