    Scrapping soda machines?

Did someone ever scrapped some of these? Is it worth the time or simply throw it in with shred ?
I think there are some motherboards and other boards?

I will , these are not actually mine, I took this picture from the internet, but I got 4 of them and I will get another 4, and they weigh about 550-650Lb each, so if it is to hard to strip them, I will take them in whole.
I will take pictures and post them next week

It's a shame you aren't in Rochester. I have one sitting on my loading dock that I would part with.

Hmmm.. I'm being tempted. I am heading back to Upstate NY in October.. But I don't think we are taking the truck as it is a family trip back (we'll get stuck in the RAV4)

Yes but they need to be repaired, and here it is not Pepsi ( by the way, they are from coca-cola ) who repair them, but a repair-company, and the replace them on a regular base.

I believe there is a compressor with fan/radiater for cooling, a coin changer, possibly a bill counter, and a lot of steel for the racks.
    About all I know,,,sorry.

The one I did, there was nothing exciting about it, think fridge with vertical shelves. The one I got was a no name cola machine. If you are getting coca cola machines I would keep the fronts if they are not broken, coke collectors will buy almost anything coca cola.

I would be careful scrapping these. Even if they are broken they are still property of coca cola and probably says so in about 5 different locations on the machine. Just my 2 cents. Also they still have a resale value to someone who can fix it
