Scrap yard wants - are not all the same

It goes with out saying a scrap yard wants 100% metal
and some times there in the mood for such .

Then there are times the yard men will watch you drop off Items with 50% metal .
I have found figuring there mood the biggest challenge. But sure enough this weekend I found a metal couch from a bank with foam seats built in .
Glass windows with hearty metal frames . Can't say they would take that 50 - 50 percent all the time but this weekend I got a thumbs up
Maybe as prices drop they ease up on percentages. Or maybe they get hard up and are willing to have Mix with a lower metal content

Its probably pressure they get from their buyer. Checking them up. I get busy sometimes and I am not as diligent as I usually am and let to much non metal go in the truck. And they check me up
