Craigslist can be a bit of a gamble.

The last trailer I bought, though, was the back of a GMC. I actually had to put lug nuts on it and unload it. It was at a junkyard. I checked under the hubcaps, and there were only 2 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. I made them get more. And by that, I mean that I ended up getting more.



A lot of those smaller trailers don't use many lug nuts anyways. They may technically be rated for 1600# loads, but I'm a little leary of those figures.
