    Everyone Wins

I had a lady contact me about a cheap/free washer. I told her my washers are $10 delivered (she's in town) and I could be there this morning to drop it off. Well I get there and in talking as I unload the washer, I find she's a single mother of 3 kids and is renting the place. Come to find out previous tenants had left quite a mess in the side yard and the landlord was looking for someone to clean it out for scrap trade. well there is a good bit of scrap including fridges vacuums, recliners a pull out couch a dilapidated camping trailer shed full of junk ext ext "some" dump items and few bags of trash seems about 40/60 trash to scrap.
Well there is a little bit too much trash fee's for a straight trade but the work is not an issue (previous guys who looked at it were scared of the work). The lady says I can take a load off my rent here and there for the dump items and can burn all the wood. PERFECT!!!

she get's a good washer cheap/ a cleaned up yard (was worried about wasps and other stingers/biters) and in good with landlord

landlord gets the mess cleaned up on the cheap

I get a little work during slow times and enough scrap to justify my time.

So I'm gonna tear that place up have a game plan already and no real timeline. Just gotta refresh my memory in the old threads on campers (no ac unit.. that I remembered) and git er done.

    Everyone wins.
There ain't nothing wrong with an honest days work. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool.- Old Man

Wait, why would you have to take money off your rent? Do you both have the same landlord?

Yup NA I will take items to dump
    Trade dump recites for cash
she puts recites with her rent with less payment

landlord pays the dump fee's in a roundabout kinda way but he lives in another state so there is no direct transaction possible.
    Won't be much... $40-$50 tops
The reason I almost didn't take it was actually the wood, between the trailer and junk pallets ext it would have tripled the dump fee's. Glad that things were able to work out this way, it's not always the case but definitely the preferred way.
