The coppernine was my first, and it works great. It really pays for its self especially the long small cable wire. You did good.

The only complaint I have about hand strippers is the toughness to pull through, and also if you don't have large amounts of 1 size wire its not worth all the time resetting. I own the tnt tooling vise mount striper, and the drill mount one and I love them both. I am sure this will work out good for you

    Unbelievable!

    Anyways.

What model did you purchase? How many holes does this stripper have? Do you have to run wire through the front or can you go either direction? Is this a manual use? Is it always better with two guys pushing? How large of a gauge of wire will it take? If I happened to have a larger gauge of wire then what is determined can I still get it through the hole to stripped? If I say I have a larger gauge of wire and the stripper says it's the smallest she's ever seen, will she tell anyone? Is the unit covered with glitter or a solid polish steel look? Everyone always gets busted because of the glitter. If you have videos, pics or a demo please PM me.
I sent you a "Thanks" this morning for your post and wished I could send more. I especially liked the comment about the glitter. I remember coming home from work several years ago and apparently had glitter all over me. Needless to say, my wife was pissed and I had no explanation of where it came from. I found out the next day when I went back to work. I had been working on a phone system and the customer stored their Christmas decorations in the same small room. Big Christmas tree and a stack of wreaths and lots of glitter. It was either that or the ke$ha concert.

Well, it arrived tonight, but never had much time to play with it. Just stuck a few through it and had to go do other things. Will give a better report tomorrow. After only a few minutes with it I'm neither impressed or displeased. We shall see tomorrow

    Gold works for me.

Either way..it's easy on the eyes.

Sirscrapalot - In the event my wife finds this post I deny all knowledge of posting this and any other posts in this thread in regards to strippers. I blame Sledge.

Scraphunter224 and LHB: you should post reviews on the model # of the strippers you purchased on Coppermines eBay page.

Have the reviews in one place. Just trying to tidy up the forum

No offense, but when I was a young lad I thought the same too. Now that I am married, my wife continues to tell me, her friends, coworkers and every new person we meet how immature I am and stupid things I do. Like I am the only male in the whole world that is an idiot!

But you know what, everyone likes me and knows that I will do something really stupid for a good laugh and I usually do get invited back.

I've been having some more time to play with my stripper. I like how it works, but I have found one thing I don't like. I don't know if its just my model or if its all models, but when I try to adjust the rollers, sometimes the adjusting knob and the roller like disattach, and the roller doesn't move, even when I turn the adjusting knob. I have to keep twisting it back and forth to get them to catch again. I hope you guys followed what I said lol
