Load brought in today - Learned some new things

First off let me say this about XXXXX recycling (am I able to put the actual company name in? I swear its not an AD haha). I work in the hospitality industry and, to me, customer service is worth more than $$$ in many instances. XXXXX Recycling treats me like their only customer every time I come in. Today I pulled up and Max (worker) ran over to me with 2 carts and the forklift dropped a bin off. Max hopped into my truck before I even could and he started unloading for me, and as he unloaded he grabbed a few pieces of aluminum from my big box and pointed out to me they were extruded rather than cast and worth a few more cents... which he absolutely didnt have to do. I had a piled of 16 or so motors weighing ~5pnds each which you can see under the boxes. Max took the time to inform me (and show me) that half of the motors were aluminum and only worth .05 to them, and then separated them from the copper motors... did he have to do that? NO! He could have just gave me .05 for the lot and I would have been no wiser. He then proceeded to help push one of the carts in with me. Absolute A+ Service and this is the driving reason I return to this scrap yard as often as possible... I even go there if the yard across the street is paying a few cents more. The service, to me, is worth those few cents.

    Here is the load/payout slip

They gave me .05 cents more than what they told me when I called for the cast aluminum. Wondering if it was because of the over 250.
