    my first cat i think

    Getting some stuff off of a craigslist add and he threw this in



    He said it was a cat but im not at all familiar with scrapping cars so any info would be hopefully

    yes it is a cat and the worst one other than a aftermarket lol
    Could be empty or full hard to tell.
    So $0.00 to i think $50+

    it feels pretty heavy on the cat side so im hoping its full, how do i break it down to turn into the scrap yard?

    Is that not a Jumbo Bead? Is there a plug on the other side? Try shaking, it should sound like maracas..

    You have to cut the pipe off on both sides of the cat.

    Or its a regular bead without the picture frame in the middle. Pretty sure it is a bead convertor.

    Yeah just cut the pipes off of it and then hold it and turn it from one side to the other so you can hear the stuff inside move.If it moves very little then it is more than likely full.But if it moves a lot then it is either a half or empty.

    Try to look around in your area to find someone that deals with them.Because scrap yards dont pay anything for them really.
