    To My Friends

I'm having some friends over tonight, but wanted to stop and say one more Happy New Year to my SMF friends. In my office taking a private indulgence with a special friend of mine. Here at 2 am we will have our ritual New Year dinner of pork ribs, mash potatoes, black eye peas, a mixture of fresh collard & muster greens. I learned along time ago if one is to drink (tonight heavy drinking) put something in the belly at half time.

As George T. says one bourbon, one scotch and one gin. Happy New Year and be Safe as we will!

Big Burt, I hope you made it thru the morning safely and yes we have a meal ritual here also.
The better half used boneless pork chops, a glass jar of sauerkraut, potatoes, baby carrots, onion, and you layer that all into a crock pot. 7 hours later and the meat just falls apart. She puts it on late at nite and by lunch time it's time to make a pig out of yourself.
    Happy New Year.

Happy New Year Mechanic, yes I did, I just woke-up - Thankful for half time meal, yours sounds good, I like sauerkraut not sure if it would work with my last night mixology! (is that a word?).

That's not how I sang it last night, but you are correct.
