Wish I could take my load in. I'm going to watch the prices a little more before making any decisions. I have about a 50 gallon drum of #2 copper, 55 gallon drum of extension cord. A 30 gallon garbage can half full of brass. Another one heaping with insulated wire. third of a garbage can of #1 copper and a five gallon bucket of bare bright. Its going to be cashed in after summer. Although I don't know how much storage space I have left.

With copper prices the way they are it might be good to cash in any copper or copper bearing scrap now if you're still getting decent prices. Today I got $1.70 a lb for #2 copper, 15 cents a lb for motors, 13 cents a lb for a compressor, 60 cents a lb for 50 pct insulated wire, and $1.00 a lb for light(yellow) brass. Aluminum scrap categories went down also.

If haven't already, read the thread on metal prices. Prices are dropping.

    Well Kid
I hope things go better for you with the hauling help.
The prices in Wisconsin are WAY down so keep that in mind when you see the scale ticket.
