I realize I can google NKS but I think it would be good to include the What it is at the first mention of NKS.
It seems impossible to over come the problem you are encountering with this customer. If you enjoyed a good relationship with them before I think you may want to continue calling on them. I would not go every week but I would let them know that you are available to help them out. In the mean time start calling on other businesses, you have the experience to deal with them.
