Not a real big goat fan. The eyes freak me out. West River folks here call our "antelope" (pronghorns) "goats" and have disdain for them. A lot of the world eat a lot of goats. There's sort of a hierarchy of grazing animals depending on the quality of the land (the main meat animals, I'm not French so not including horses here or water buffalo, etc.). Cattle, sheep, and then goats. They can graze about anywhere and when there is no grass, they'll do this:

Back to the electrical wire, MM57, I appreciate your knowledge and you're probably right. I'm just reporting what my non-ferrous guy calls it. In one of the few times that I think they stuck it to me, I had stripped about 30 feet of whatever its called and took it in and they still just gave me 20 cents a pound for it because they claimed the center steel strand. I had just had a tooth yanked and wasn't real keen hauling the crap home and trying to take it part so I took what they offered. One of the guys there said that the insulation could be broken off if hit hard against concrete when it was really cold outside (like below zero). My bro had more of this stuff surface later that year (although newer heavier insulation than the old straight black stuff) so I tried it out. Mythbusters should have been there because there was no cracking this stuff beating concrete with it. Took that stuff in the way it was as well...
