So after some of your responses to my post about the ding dongs doing junk removal and cleanouts for free (still cringing when I think about it), I reached out to a bank I have a loan through and let them know about my services. They informed me they had a hotel () they just foreclosed on and resold but under the agreement with new owners the bank promised to remove all the junk from the restaurant and kitchen. I agreed to look at it thinking some tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment. I got there and could barely keep my excitement down. They used this are for storage for at least a decade! There was one path throughout the restaurant area and one path through the kitchen. There is at least 100 air conditioners in there and 50 microwave and 100 bed frames, chairs, fridges....unreal. Best part is, I only have to get rid of the stuff that has value so the 100+ crts in there I don't have to mess with! Bank man said he'd give me a month to finish it if needed but would like it done sooner if possible. They are also looking for a new company to do all their REO properties so they said they'd provably give me a call for those too! A HUGE thank you to this site and those who helped take my focus off the little stuff and go bigger. I'm hoping to get pics on fri if his schedule permits.
