This deal is different than most I do. I only have to deal with the profitable stuff, while the guy renting the bar has to get rid of the trash. Yes I did need insurance, they said they wouldn't have called me had I not had it! Normally, I charge for the job no matter what it is, but I was able to work out a deal with the bank and it got my foot in the door.
