    poking my head in

Its been quite a while since I have posted. I try to take a look around every few days though.

Since my move to SC, I have been very busy. I ended up with a job with a low voltage installation company. I have no experience, but was put into training to lead a crew within 3 weeks. I can work as many hours as I want, and have opportunities to bid on small projects.

This job is great for me. I am being challenged and made to learn on a regular basis. However, I don't really have time to scrap, let along make contacts for scrap in my new area. I even worked out a deal with someone to turn in my wire for me because I don't want to take time off to do it.

Any of you that miss me, or have questions that you think I can answer, feel free to message me. I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can.

Also, I made a friend down here that reloads bullets. I have learned that shell casings are definitely worth more than scrap value. I'm not looking to become a buyer at this time, but if you have regular access, or come across a big score I can try to give you enough info to start your search.
Currently looking for a job in or related to scrap/recycling. Relocation is possible for the right offer.
