My grandpa gave me about 15ish coach bus seats and i would like to know if you would take the fabric off them or leave it on and take them in as is??

Are they in good shape ? are you near an ocean. down here they are in demand as fishing chairs. they are built tough. You may consider giving E bay a shot..
