and the downside to doing this is what?? a ticket?? If not much, I say let them prove it...I can also sic my lawyer on them. Otherwise, pay the stupid ticket. If more serious, then other options.

Not sure how close the next county or town is...but I bet I could rent a PO Box there and get my business license there...so F-em....I don't do business HERE, I do it there.

There are some specifics left out obviously in how the ordinance is written, BUT there are ways around it....or it can be a cost of doing business (ie the fine)
